For the 2009 edition of Deptford X, Volume presents a residency with Cardiff based, multi-media artists Sam Hasler and Jason Pinder. During the residency, Sam and Jason will create an ever-changing series of works culminating in a final installation.

The End of Something - July 31st 2009
Volume and LOUDSPKR are currently collaborating to develop 'The End of Something', a critical archival project that aims to bring together collections of personal and creative reflections, stories and experiences of the global crisis. Volume's favourite band, Cyclones will be playing live at The Gramaphone on Commercial Street, Spitalfields on Wednesday August 19th. Doors open at 8pm.

Coinciding with The Old Police Station's open studios weekend, Volume presented 'Venusia', a short film by Aline Bouvy and John Gillis alongside a specially commissioned text by Ilsa Colsell.
